Testing of Shackles

Services we have to offer you regarding proof and/or breakload testing of Shackles:

Mennens Dongen can offer you proofload and/or breakload testing of all kinds of shackles, in the 10 mtr section we can do proofloading until 1428 ton and breakloading until 1000 ton.

Also we can do the loadcell calibration of shackles with a loadcell our machine is specially equipped with a RS232 port with actual force ouput through ASCII format , which is ideal for loadcell callibration.

Also we can regulate the speed of the load between 1 and 1000 kN per minute.
